I received treatment from this woman over 20 yrs. ago at a very low time in my life. At one one point in time, she had me on over ten different meds, many of them narcotic. She was prescribing them like candy from a pez dispenser. She was disciplined by the Florida medical board, moved out of her office at the foot of Brooks Bridge and then started seeing patients out of her home in Shalimar. Again, got in trouble. Then she moves to Brunswick where she is allowed to continue to practice. Be very careful.

I HAVE KNOWN DR. MERCER FOR 19 YEARS. I STARTED TO SEE HER WHILE ON ACTIVE DUTY IN THE USAF. I CONTINUED TO SEE HER AFTER I RETIRED AND ALSO WHEN SHE WENT INTO PRIVATE PRACTICE.SHE IS A VERY CARING PERSON AND NO MATTER HOW BAD YOU FEEL WHEN YOU GO TO SEE HER,YOU WILL LEAVE FEELING MUCH BETTER. I WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO ALL!
