Dr. Haagen Arthur Diener, MD

The office staff is horrible! They scheduled an appt for a follow up and x-rays a week later and when I came in the told me I had no appt. I had the appt card with date and time on it. I also received another patients info on my voice mail. They appear to be very unorganized and have no idea what they are doing. I also noticed while sitting in the waiting room Dr. Diener orthopedic surgeon schedules his appts every 10 minutes so he doesn't spend but a few minutes with his patients. I'm not impressed with the Dr. Or his staff.

I really like this doctor. Not a fan of orthopedic surgeons, but he is the exception. Personable, professional, listens, explains, gentle, caring, and has great credentials. No downside. One of the best doctors I've had! And no we are not related, I was not paid for this review, if he should have been described in any other way, I wouldn't hesitate to have written that review as well.

Doctor Diener doesn't have a big fancy office or a ton of staff, but he provides an excellence of care to his patients that you don't find much these days. Because he hates waiting in a doctor's office, he does his best to take patients either on time or even early. He is friendly and easy going and does his best to make you feel "at home." He is one of the few doctors that seems to have never forgotten where he came from!

I have a very rare genetic disorder (EDS-IV) affecting all of my joints (among other biological systems). Dr's Diener and Dungy have been taking excellent care of me for more the 6 years now. This includes dislocated shoulder, torn ACL, torn Patellar tendon and foot damage that is indescribable. These guys are considerate, concerned and work well together as a TEAM!Thanks You Guys!

Dr. Diener performed two successful rotator cuff surgeries (one left, one right) in the past two years. He is the orthopedic surgeon I would recommend to anyone needing such services. After hearing all kind of nightmare stories about shoulder surgeries, Dr. Diener obviously knows his stuff!!!

It was hard for me to believe that Dr. Haagen does not have x-ray machine equipment in his office to actually diagnose the problem right away; he refers his patients to outside source for x-ray work. The most interesting fact is Dr. Haagen does not stock support brace in his office after removing a cast and once again he refers his patients to outside source. Therefore, I will not be recommending Dr. Haagen in the near future.

I would recommend this doctor to anyone. I got right in to see him. He was friendly, thorough and professional. He was very patient with my questions, and answered them all to my satisfaction. He made sure I understand everything and told me what my options were. He told me exercises I could do to hep my condition. I won't have to have surgery on my shoulders for a while unless the condition gets much worse. When I first went in I was prepared to have the surgery asap to relieve the pain. He showed me that he was concerned and I left with the knowledge I needed to make my life more pain free. He is awesome!!

I have never experienced total ambivalence about my health until I went to Dr Diener

The most congenial and competant doctor I know. He has gone above and beyond for me. I wouldn't hesitate to send a friend to him.
