Dr. Haane Gracepere Massarotti

Careless and negligent! My mom is still in the hospital 4 months later. Do NOT let her touch you! She had several hiccups with patients and shouldn’t be allowed to practice.

My experience with Dr. Massarotti has been a nightmare. I was supposed to have a hemorrhoidectomy to remove my internal and external hemorrhoids. After my first bowel movement I felt something the size of a golf ball come out of me. The nurse on call tells me it’s a “blood clot” and that it’ll go down (really? ok). After a week of having level 10 pain, I schedule a follow appointment to see if what I’m experiencing is normal. During this appointment I find out that Dr. M didn’t even take out my internal hemorrhoid. WHEN WAS SOMEONE SUPPOSED TO TELL ME??! Of course she sends an RN to do her dirty work. I demanded answers from Dr. M and what I got was a bull****, sugarcoated answer. My internal hemorrhoid was the MAIN reason I needed surgery. Now my condition is WORSE than before this awful surgery and I have to start all over again. But it won’t be with her! Dr. Massarotti is a careless, untrustworthy doctor.

This doctor saved my life!! After I was diagnosed with cancer Dr Massarotti scheduled all the necessary test in order for me to receive treatment. My oncologist said that was unheard of. She and her staff personally helped me through my course of treatment. Now, after my biopsy " SHE" called to tell me that I no longer have cancer. I cannot thank her enough!!
