I have been seeing Dr. Razook close to 10 years for a prescribed medication that is controlled. Every 3 months I go in & get the same long wait in examination room only to have her come in and do a "drive by" exam/questions. Every visit told "Not showing up in your urine (the RX drug)" which I took as prescribed and told her this at EVERY visit, She doesn't listen and at one point left me without my Rx for 4 days without checking in to see how I was doing (withdrawals). Of course, she blamed this on her horrible nurse for no message when she darn well knew that I had no RX left. I felt like a drug addict the way I was treated by all staff there. Then I get stuck with an enormous bill for a test that was non-medically necessary. If she had only listened to me that I was following doctor's orders and taking drug as prescribed.
