Dr. Hai Kim Truong, DO

Dr. Truong does not listen to patients and is quick to diagnose without getting a complete picture of what is going on. Visits to the doctor are very frustrating when seeing her.

Dr. Truong is thorogh, knowledgable, & direct. She's been my Dr for about 9 years & I've consistently received the best care. She even called me herself after hours because my Vitamin D (or iron--can't recall which) level was terribly low & she wanted to start me on a rx immediately. I had a persistent cough after a VSG surgery that lasted for at least a month. Dr. Truong tried countless tests & x-rays to get to the bottom of it. I had three office visits at that time & she only charged me for one because it was the same issue. She's direct, but kind. One can tell she cares, even if she has to give you a verbal finger-shaking. She listens & takes whatever time your appt requires. Dr. Truong's nurse, Shirley, is also top-notch! Shirley always promptly responds to any inquiries left by voicemail or the Patient Portal.

I've been seeing her for years and always go back to her. I'm a migraine sufferer and always understood how to treat them

At my most recent visit I was left to wait in the waiting room for an hour and 33 min. I was left to wait an additional 30 min in the exam room. When I confronted the receptionist on how much longer my wait was going to be I was told she called back & I would be called next. 7 patients were called before me. When the medical assistant checked my vitals I confronted her on how much longer the dr would be at this point the medical assistant threw the blood pressure cuff & told me "if I have a problem to talk to the dr." I never once got an apology instead I got harassing voicemails & emails saying I missed my appointment & my account would be charged a $25 no show fee, then I was sent a termination letter. I'm assuming someone forgot to check me in. Do not see this doctor or anyone at this clinic ever. Worse experience I've ever had in my life. I usually do not write reviews but I was treated so poorly I felt others deserved to be warned!
