Dr. Haikun Li, MD

The receptionist at the clinic is cold, rude and unfriendly. I don't understand that why don't Dr. Li invest more to hire a more professional receptionist for the front-line of the customer service.

She has a great bedside manner and is very knowledgeable and helpful.

The reception I got at the clinic is not friendly. Why would I go there when they treat you like sh*t?

Dr. Li always show her courtesy and professional. She listen and willing to discuss the treatment options.

GREAT. Very caring would send anyone to her, very thorough, aways calls with test results. When some thing is wrong with you she won't stop till s .he finds out what is. She's not the kind that would tell you take two aspirin and call me in the morning. She's top rate if you want the best go to her.

I schedule annual visit but charged me 45min doc visit. Reason is I asked too many question which I only asked why I felt fatigue. She should have told me upfront if question not qualify for a annual visit. Office staff are rude when I ask question about the bill!

Great doctor. She listens to you and responds accordingly. What I thought I needed for further review she suggested. She is great about getting lab or X-ray results back and she calls you with the results.

Dr. Li was very professional and understanding. As a young guy I was a little nervous getting a physical from a female doctor, but the entire time I felt comfortable even when it came to the prostate & hernia exam.
