Dr. Dizay is amazing, she really cares, provides the best attention and can explain everything in great details. She is very smart and accommodating, The level of care and accommodation I received was exceptional. I had successful knee surgery with Dr. Hailey Dizay, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I have received. Dr. Dizay is a very skilled, knowledgeable, professional, and caring Orthopedic Surgeon. She took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. Dr. Dizay’s kindness and dedication have made my surgery and recovery an excellent experience. I’m very grateful to be back to my activities, and highly recommend her to anyone seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon.

This is a serious complaint about the service we were offered today. I had pain in my knee and my insurance provider suggested Healthpointe. Healthpointe contacted me and offered to visit Dr Haily Dizay today, 11/06/24 at Corona Healthpointe center. I was made to wait for almost 15 minutes before the Doctor came in to see me. She was very rude and hardly listened to the pain issues. She kept telling me that she had no time to listen to the details and asked me to make another appointment. She was there barely for 2-3 minutes and had no time or compassion to listen to my real problem. Please refrain from seeing this Doctor!!!

I love Dr. Dizay-she is empathetic and really listens to you as a patient. She takes her time with you and goes over all of your results to make sure you understand everything. I went in for a frozen shoulder, and she understood the importance of me receiving consistent and quality physical therapy =)
