Dr gave a detailed explanation of the problem and ways to handle it.I was not pleased with the registration process at Northcreek. Arrived at 7:45, did self registration on 2nd floor computer & pd with credit card. Told me to check with registration desk to make sure it all went through. By then there were 5 people in line to register, so went to waiting area. Lady from my Dr came out to get me and asked if I had registered. After telling her I had, we both went to registration desk. 2 people were ahead of me. When she asked for my last name, said I was all set. The employee from my Dr office said this happens frequently.
