Dr. Haitham Mouaid Azem, MD

Dr. Azem cared for my elderly father after a serious fall on Easter, and we are incredibly grateful for his thoughtful, compassionate care. He clearly explained our options, answered every question with patience, and helped us feel confident during a very uncertain time. He arrived each morning exactly when he said he would—like clockwork—which allowed our family to plan around work and other obligations. His expertise, reliability, and kind manner made all the difference. We are grateful for Dr. Azem.

Just wanted to send me to a nursing home

Doctor blames the caregiver for his own mistakes. Doesn't know what he is talking about. Has an idea about things, even the diagnosis. Patient gets worse when he's around. Doctor is all about gloom and doom. Not an encouraging doctor to have or trust.

Very poor at entering results of tests into Follow my Health Chart. Very poor at call backs when the office is called. Appointment was made incorrectly, not enough time was allowed.

Initially I had to wait a few minutes more than I would have liked, but once he saw me we was very courteous and well-mannered, and nailed my diagnoses in about 2 minutes when 3 other doctors had gotten it wrong. Impressive, wonderful doc.

Makes up his mind without sufficient knowledge of patient history. Poor diagnostitian.
