Dr. Haitham Jifi-Bahlool, MD

Bedside manner, hospitality towards the patients are amazing. I recommend to any patient who is not feeling well. The Physician and NP’s treat patients with respect and treat there symptoms. Patients are not a number. I give them 5 stars.

Have been with this doctor for over 10 years he has taken me through diabetes all my surgeries which included a aorta open heart surgery carotid both sides left and right and actually he is the one that discovered that my carotid were blocked he has a great bedside Manner and will explain everything to your satisfaction

I have been with Dr jifi way over 10 years I had had various problems involving my heart my aorta my carotid the veins on my legs and he has taken me through all of that he even discovered my carotid where he did the test and it shows that they were blocked so he sent me to the right doctor that would be able to take care of that for me he has a lot of knowledge and takes the time to explain what is it what the problem is he will take the time and explain whatever it is you don't understand and we'll explain it to your satisfaction

says my pain from symptomatic hep c is all in my head and I need to see a shrink..uh yes, who wouldn't be depressed when all they can do is lay around in pain and fever all day and not sleep more than 3 hrs a nite?

I waited 3 hours in the lobby. Very frustrating.When I refill my meds and it took me a week and that's because I called back. Gloria and Johnnie are great

so disappointed of there service. my 1st time and i waited more than 3hrs to be checked up(just a regular check up). and when the doctor(JIFI BALOOL) came to see me, it felt like he's not concern or doesn't take care of his patients and also rushing to see the next patient maybe. the sad thing is that he told me he's going to let me know my lab results but a week passed by and there was no call from them so i called for follow up. the receptionist who answers the phone was rude, it's been 5 to 6 times already making a follow up(called every other day) of the results and they always say the doctor or nurse will call me for the results but nothing. i believe they are just after the money and not the service. this is the 1st time i wrote a feedback because i can't take the service they're providing and to let the people know what they're gonna get. VERY POOR SERVICE!

Dr. Jifi is very kind, especially to his patients that require services from the nursing service he owns. It is near impossible to get an appointment or even have someone answer the phone when it comes close to the end of the day. Calling to get perscription refills is a joke. According to his staff, notices are placed on a pile of folders on top of his desk. That is the end of the issue as far as they are concerned. I called for three weeks to get a perscription for intense joint pain after being diagnosed with fibromyalgia by Dr. Jifi. The response by his staff was that they put the note on the "pile," and what else did I want them to do? Even notifying Dr. Jifi of this incident did no good. On my last visit, after diagnosing me with fibromyalgia, oesteoarthritis of the lower spine, and asthma, Dr. Jifi told me all my troubles would disappear if I got up at 5:30, every morning and jogged 2.5 miles a day. Obviously, that was my last appointment with him. When I told Dr. Jifi I was… experiencing extreme hip pain, joint pain in my right knee, and could not sleep at night, which was drastically effecting my job, he told me I could handle it.

i have had several visits with Dr. Jifi, and while I find him to be a competent doctor, i find the staff and the wait times to be intolerable. I am respectful of people's time and find it absolutely unacceptable to have people disrespect mine. the most i've had to wait to see the doctor is 1 1/2 hours.

He is a terrible Dr. He spent just one minute with me and wanted to prescribe potassium med. for me without knowing the amount of potassium in my blood.He also did not do my white blood cell test after i told him to do it .

Diddo the other comment. He knew nothing about me from my brief records, then ignored me when I tried to explain my health problems to him.
