Dr. Hak Pak Wong, MD

I've never had to write a negative critical review about a Doctor in my life before this guy. Dr. Hak Wong is not only the worst Doctor I've ever encountered, but he's up there as one of the worst human beings I've encountered. The guy has zero class or manners. He shouts when he talks and when he's talking he's demeaning, bullying and rude to you. He also sends his patients to collections even when they have no bill. Don't take my word for it. There are a plethora of other patients claiming the same thing, because it's all true. I'm more surprised that this guy's license hasn't been taken away and his practice shut down. The good news is after a couple visits with him, that was more than enough confirmation for me to change Doctors and go to an entirely different place. I'm glad I did, because my current Doctor is the most amazing pleasant man. AND he knows his stuff medically. Please do yourself a favor and think real hard before you use this Doctor.

I don't know why he is very rude. Every time I called him he response very rudely and cut the phone before I complete my words. Also don't give any information over the phone and want us to visit him even for a small thing even on this pandemic time. I just don't like him.

this man hung up on me several times while merely trying to get a prescription refilled that I require the rest of my life as a result of cancer

Dr. Wong sent me for some additional testing, which I had done several weeks ago. So far I have been unable to get the results of these tests even though I have even contacted his office and requested he get back to me to go over the results. Nothing so far. Absolutely no follow-up from him. I have also requested a blood work up recommended by my insurance company annually but have not been able to get him to authorize it. Some of his front staff are very inexperienced. When I made my first appt I asked if I could swing by to fill out the paperwork in advance of my appt, but was told there was no paperwork to fill out. I knew that couldn't be true so I stopped by the office for the paperwork anyway. The paperwork consisted of poorly copied requests for information that appeared to have been copied by someone in grade school. The quality was so poor that it even sat crooked on the page. I should have know something was wrong because for the first time in my life I was the only patient… in the office for the entire length of my visit. I am now in search of a new doctor and would not recommend Dr. Hak Wong to anyone.

this is the most rude doctor i ever encounter my whole life...this guy is a danger to society

He is rude, disrespectful,arrogant and lacks compassion. His "bed side manner" is horrific. I recommend avoiding him and his practice at all costs.Why this man became a doctor is beyond me, but he has obviously forgotten that he is in a service profession. It is not at all evident that his priority is the care and comfort of the patients he serves.
