Dr. Hakam A Kayasseh, MD

I was a patient of his when i was 11. I went to him and got an abdominal scan. They told me they only found an obstruction at the time. Come to find out i look at the records and there was a lot more that they found on the scan that was discussed with the doctor. Including ovarian cysts over 3cm. That were recommended to be followed up on. Neither me nor my mother were told about this.

If i could give him any less of a star i would! My mother was transferred here from UMC after a system outage where the amazing drs there found a serious issue happened. This horrible man happened to be her dr. Her issue was of the OBGYN nature and when she asked to have an OB consult on her care he became hostile with my mother. He barged in her room yelling at her that “I didn’t see anything, there is nothing wrong with you, you do not need to be here, i am not admitting you, you need to leave” When my mom would try to ask him a question he would repeat the same thing over and over cutting her off and not allowing her to speak. As a healthcare worker myself a patient should never be treated like this NO MATTER WHAT!!!! This “man” is a horrible person and should not be allowed to practice medicine!!!! I would rather die than receive care from him!!!

Went to the emergency room for abdominal issues. He has the worst manners out of anyone in the hospital. He was very loud and rude and even the nurse said he was out of line. Wost experience we have ever had

I just want to say that I was very disappointed with Dr Kayasseh! On 8-8-19 he was the emergency room doctor at covenant in Lubbock I was disappointed with the way he responded when I asked a question in ref to my mothers medical condition he showed no interest and became very Impatient. Then he starts to disclose personal medical information in front of medical staff along with bystanders and other employees and when I asked to get his name he answered he was Dr Jones. Maybe thinking I would research his real name and file a complain

My brother has been ill for many many years and I have experienced the best of the best and the worst all medical professionals. Dr. (if you can call him that) Hakam Kayasseh is the most rude, cavalier and horrible bed side manner I have ever experienced. I do not understand how he is still employed with any medical/hospital facility. His credentials should be discredited and investigated immediately. Please take notice of this feedback. He is the ONE bad apple that gives all medicals professionals a bad name.

Worst Doctor in the business. He is incompetent and has a dismissive uncaring attutude. He should have his license to practice taken from him, he's that bad.

This Dr has a horrible bedside manner. My family and I came to the ER to seek medical attention with the appropriate paperwork (prescriptions) from a well-respected facility. Dr Kayassfer refused the care & became hostile, disresspectful and confrontational when questioned about his medical practices. I would NEVER recommend this Dr to anyone.
