exceptional care top quality superb bedside manner doctor above rest can't say enough good things

Upon first meeting Dr. Heyer in his pain management clinic on London Rd I was blown away by his outgoing, engaging, friendly personality. He explained my back problem with the aid of a spinal model....He was reassuring and answered all my questions. One thing he could improve one is to ask if I had any questions, or further questions. He seemed a little hurried at times but he has a very good "bedside manner." He put me at ease durint the procedure itself, explaining what excatly he was doing as he went along. He told me a good joke along the way and really was a good picture of what a good doctor would be like, in my humble estimation.

Very efficient; gives injections quickly;great bedside manner--humorous; extremely understanding; informative;entire staff is courteous, friendly, &efficient; the best clinic I've ever been to! Thanks, Dr. Heyer!!

Dr. Heyer is great office staff is rude.

Visit exceeded my expectations. Dr Heyer & his staff did a fantastic job.

I have been prohibited from speaking to or leaving a message for Dr. Heyer by the staff at Lakewalk Surgery Center. It appears then that the staff is making medical decisions that they are not licensed for and that there is little, if any, communication.
