Dr. Halbert Owen Woodward JR., MD

I have been trying to reach a doctor for 3 days on the 30min phone schedules that we keep getting from your office and no answer, or busy. Finally get on the phone with someone and then they hang up. Called back to have them be very condescending and rude. The front office staff needs to undergo major re-training in customer service. As of today I still have no results from a kidney test that was ordered stat last week. This quality of patient care is unbelievable and unacceptable anywhere.

This place is ridiculous.they asked me what kind of shot my daughter needed.i immediately walked out and was sent a letter saying we were fired and not to bring our kids there togo somewhere else

We switched Pediatricians because of Dr. Woodward, his staff, and the facility. The facility was dirty and poorly kept in the waiting area. If you weren't a welfare patient, it was very difficult to get an appointment. I would call my son's ADHD medications in ahead of time, and they would constantly forget to write the script or would fail to mention Dr. Woodward would be out of the office for an extended period. The staff was very short/rude. Dr. Woodward did not seem to listen to us at all, and never followed up with us. This facility was amazing 3 years ago...I really don't know what changed, but we got away from there as quickly as possible.

I love taking my daughter to Dr. Woodward he really knows is pediactrics well. When my daughter was very very ill and had been to a diffrent doc more than 4 times in a month the first visit with him he knew exactly what it was and when we were in the hospital with my daughters surgery he was always there every day checking in on her

i called to get a appt for my son at 6:30 and onw of the nurses was completly rude to me... so i asked if i can talk to a supervisior and the supervisor amd she completly made me feel so stupid... this was the worst experience with a dr office i have ever had
