Dr. Halette Lasker Anderson, MD

Horrific bed side manner. Misdiagnosed my son and could have caused paralysis. She misread mri scans and basically said take ibuprofen and go back to footy when he actually had to broken vertebrae. She is a waste of time and space

By far the worst doctor I have ever dealt with. She is beyond rude with the worst bedside manner I have ever seen. She is impatient with children as well as concerned parents. I have made a formal complaint at the office against her, clearly with no resolution as the next interaction I’ve had with her mirrored the first. She stated extremely, and even dangerously misleading information. Please see another pediatrician. Please.

I’ve been going to her for years, been misdiagnosed for years. Told I lied for attention, and that I made up my symptoms. Went to a specialist and was told the years of damage done because of her misdiagnosis.

Been going since I was a baby, been told my symptoms are imagined for years, and basically called a liar. Insinuated that I made up symptoms. Recently went to a specialist who believed level and symptoms, and told me all the damage that being misdiagnosed for several years had done.

Absolutely worst doctor I have ever dealt with. No bed side manner. She is rude and blatantly misdiagnosed my son and was rudely unapologetic.

We have been going here for over 20 years with all of my kids. We mostly go to their West Chester office, but recently had to go to the Broomall office for their Sunday hours. We saw Dr. Anderson and could not have been happier, as a working mom having the ability to go there on a Sunday is huge, and Dr Anderson was just the best. Love this group!!!

I love all of the doctors at Broomall Pediatrics, but have to write about the most wonderful experience my daughter ever had with a pediatrician, Dr. Anderson. My daughter was so nervous to talk about her "condition" that I just knew she would clam up. Well, within 5 minutes she was telling Dr. Anderson everything and she even laughed at one point. If you knew my daughter you would know that this was beyond amazing. We will be seeing Dr. Anderson for follow up, but wanted everyone to know how wonderful she is. Thank you Dr. Anderson, you are the BEST!!! So happy to have found you.

I think Dr. Anderson is wonderful. She takes her time with us and explains things completely. I actually love all of the doctors here, between both offices they are open almost every night and even saturdays and sundays and I can just go in if my kids wake up sick. Love, love, love this place!

Dr. Halette Anderson has provided excellent medical care since our daughter was born in 1991, always accompanied by practical advice sprinkled with kindness and humor. In addition to providing routine pediatric care, Dr. Anderson diagnosed ADHD, educated our family about it and has coached us through many challenges since. She is a gem!

I find her to be very rude and uncareing. no patitence with my child when trying to get a throat culture. And was told that "she didnt have time for this" and walked out of the room!! Perhaps its because of our insurance not being very good. Still no way to treat people!
