Not focused at all. Doesn't want to hear your complaint. Rushes through appt. Lucky to get 5 minutes of her time and then have to call office repeatedly for corrections to prescriptions or other items not followed through. This doctor is not worth the hassle. Finding someone else.

Dr. Kattan has been my primary care Doctor for several years now. Have found her to be very knowledgeable, professional and helpful.

I came in as a new patient desperate to get an answer for a UTI that resisted two different treatments. The Dr. refused to refer me to a specialist and didn't even test my urine that day. She wanted to test it in 2 weeks. She basically suggested I just wasn't "wiping correctly". She seemed more focused on converting me over from my gynocologist and making me new appointments unrelated to my problem. As I suspected, my body couldn't wait 2 weeks and my lingering UTI was flaring. My gynocologist performed a culture and was surprised nobody had bothered to do this after two failed treatments. She was a waste of time and clearly didn't know how to approach a UTI.
