Is patient with my young children and is thorough with her examinations! We always come back to her.

My children are former patients of Dr. Aniol. We started going to her when we change insurance. I am very angry with her and all the doctors that work with her, they do not care for their patients. When my third child was 13 months old he got an ear infection a second one followed shortly after, I was told to give him an antibiotic. After that he had fluid in his ear till 2 1/2 plus four more ear infections plus a diagnosis of autism. They did not want to put tubes even with a failed hearing test that I was not informed about. They told me he passed his hearing test after getting his records I found out he border line passed. My son since has changed Dr's and is on his fourth set of tubes and improving. At the same time all of this was going on they misdiagnosed his younger brother that failed his hearing test in one ear as they put it (it is nothing kids fail hearing test retest it in 6-12 months). He had a very serious fungal infection that was deep in his ear that took over one… year to treat. When told to do nothing I was furious and went to another Dr that found the fungus. He could have gone deaf because of this, he has some premanent hearing loss because the fungus was there to long. Both my boy are not Autistic they are both delayed in language and have had to go through lots of therapy. When I told any of the Dr.'s about any of my medical concerns they told me they have autism and they dismissed all of their medical problems and blamed it on their autism. Even children that have autism should have medical issues treated. This doctors office has given me so many problems. I now found out if they would have inserted tubes in son's ears after six months he would not have gotten so delayed. My son with the fungus would have waited another year before seeing a specialist and he could have had severe damage to his ear. When I stressed to them that my son's both did not seem to hear and did not have any other problems the dismissed what I had to say and just blamed on autism. When they did not want to deal with me they started making appointments for me to see their PA, claiming their were no openings to see the doctors, so they did not have to deal with me. I now am with a Dr. that has been guiding me in all the right directions and my boy are improving greatly. I did not realize their are Dr's that truly care and want to listen to the parents so they can help the kids get better, even if it takes time they are willing to listen and give the needed time! Please do not go to these doctors they have turned their practice into a business and lost their care for patients to make more and more money. I still get angry when I think of how they treated me and my kids. Autistic children look just like mine did, they are animals and should not be treated like they are at a vets office they should be trying to get all kid better. I think they only like to have patient that are well and come for routine care. But we as parents never know when our kids will truly need some really intense care. Find a Dr that can be part of your family.

I had a 1pm appointment that was set up 6 months ago for my 2 year old son. My wife or I did not get a call confirming the appointment so she called them and they said they don't have it and that they take lunch at that time anyway. They said they can see us at 10am. We showed up on time. We did not see a doctor till after 11am and when I asked a nurse why it takes so long she told me that it is not her responsibility. We were there for almost 2 hours. Nobody cared or even was interested. The doctor saw us for 5 minutes and was very unfocused and rushed. It was a terrible experience.

I have only seen this doctor two times, every other visit was done with a nurse practitioner. Of the two times I saw her, the visit was extremely rushed. When I remembered a question and asked the nurse if I could speak with her I was turned down. Several times I have called the office to speak with the doctor only to be assured that I would get a call back which I never received, I had to keep calling the office to get to somebody. I am now switching pediatricians, it is clear that Dr. Anoil cares more about quantity of patients rather than quality of patient care.
