An excellent dentist!!!!

I really enjoyed my visit , everyone was very and went above and beyody to make sure my child had an enjoyable experience!!!

I was told they could not see my child without a current insurance card, however they verified he had coverage and when I called his insurance company they told me the office did not need to see the card, that the website was all they needed. They also said that the visit needs to be paid upfront, but my son's father has never had to do that. Dr. Hally is nice, but she seriously needs to remove these stupid policies which make it hard for your child to be seen.

The staff is very unhelpful (snobbish) the dentists here didn't make me or my child feel good at all. Save yourself a trip and invest in another pediatric dentist. They have the most horrid medical policies. Wasn't Clean at all when I went. The wait, very bad.. Ease of appointment? lol, they make you wait along time just to come in the office. The Office wasn't Comfortable, it's very small no room to breath. The only thing they have going is Advanced Technology.

Make sure when they give you and estimate it is correct. I paid about $400 out of pocket after the procedure and I understand it is an estimate, but then several weeks later I get a bill for $400 dollars more. I can understand an estimate being off %10, but that was half the bill, so %50 more. I think they know this and it is a scam. Just be careful when it comes to paying, the dental service was great.
