I love Dr. Ahmad and his staff! My youngest son was sick with the flu and was convinced that only Dr. Ahmad could help him feel better! Friendly atmosphere and quick wait times. Thank you People First Urgent & Primary Care!

I was seen by a physician assistant - not a medical doctor (this despite, my having known Dr. Ahmad personally and professionally for 5 years). My information was incorrectly submitted in the chart. I was offered routine tests for a basic physical exam, and then was charged $150 for those tests, despite my having good health insurance. I have spent 4 months trying to have the tests re-coded correctly as preventative and not urgent. I still owe the money and finally broke down today to pay it. When I schedule a routine physical with an MD, I expect to be seen by an MD. When I schedule a routine physical at all, I expect my Methodist-affiliaited health insurance to pay for it. If a mistake is made, I expect it to be corrected. The place was a dump. The staff was ignorant - one lady spent literally 5 minutes trying to spell the word "testicular" - out loud. I wouldn't come back here if this guy were the last doctor in Memphis. Should be put out of business.
