Worst experience with a doctor in my life. Extremely misogynistic. Told me to go off of all my mental health meds and I would be fixed. He asked me why I had PTSD and why I let my ex husband hurt me. His nurse told me I needed beta blockers and then he stated I was fine just anxious but he still ordered a heart echo?? I cried for an hour after the appointment.

Because of this doctor, I had to have 2 heart caths within 2 weeks. He told me he could take care of a blockage if I had one. I did, in the WIDOWMAKER artery, and he sent me to another doctor for another cath and a stent! I was traumatized and scared, and I had to stay in the hospital the second time because the cath sight wouldn't stop bleeding. Coincidence? I have my suspicions. Nawaz was gone shortly after that. I don't think he should be allowed to practice anywhere. He also had a problem with women--he talked to my husband instead of me, ignored what I said, etc.

Run as fast as you can. Deceptive physician. Do any procedure-even if he cannot follow thru ($$). Don’t bother giving him your medical history- which he ignores. Great hospital-they deserve and need better providers in cardiac area

Dr Nawaz is very competent and skilled. In addition he has a long experience as a Cardiologist with all kinds of treatments and he also care a lot for his patients. Besides he can fluidly speak many languages.
