Lost hearing aid. My insurance contract allows 1 replacement for free. The hearing aid dept. no longer has any contact person. The staff person @ Dr. Obeids office said there was nothing they could do and further insisted I couldn't talk to Dr. Obeid. I did speak to the mfg. of the hearing aid. They were able to find me just with my name & were willing to send me another hearing aid. But it was going to cost me $325.00. Again Dr. Obeid's very rude clerk restated they could do nothing, nor could I talk to Dr. Obeid, or leave a message for him, he doesn't call patients.

Office manager and staff are self centered and arrogant. Only nice person does hearing exam.

Went to my surgery and waited over three hours after getting prep for my surgery to start and the staff is very rude. This Doctor only cares about the money and not the parients. He doesn't communicate well with the patient and always seems to be in a hurry. I do not recommend this Doctor to anybody. If I was able to rated 0 stars I would've but I didn't have a choice but to choose 1.

WAIT TIME WAY TOO LONG NEED TO SCHEDULE LES PEOPLE PER DAY 2 1/2 HOUR WAIT IS RIDICULOUS-THIS IS HOW IT WAS A FEW YEARS AGO I HOPE ITS BETTER NOW.

You gotta wait awhile for your turn. I absolutely love the new office. Nurses n Obied r great with kids. Staff is awesome. Obied does amazing surgery. He really doesn't s pent a right amout of time w ith paitences. He over books.

I was happy with the care from Dr. Obeid. I have continued to see him in his office. I would want my family to see him.

Horrible doctor, just awful. No bedside manners, arrogant, no follow up, nothing. Went away in disgust and never came back. Horrible staff, too. Got a bill a year after the visit, all self-pay because they could not handle insurance information. No other doctor'd office ever had a problem with my insurance.

They overbook both offices (Utica and Rome) and you end up waiting for over an hour in a cramped office. Then he really didn't listen to our problem and just kept pushing us out of the room to get to his next appointment. Very unhappy.
