Dr. Hamid Reza Hamid, DDS

I was looking for a Dentist specializing in root canals and I found Dr. Hamid through my dental insurances plan(GEHA). I called his office on a Friday and they schedule me an appointment for the following Tuesday. When I visited his office, I was happy with the convenience of his Pinole office location, and the vast parking at 3:00 pm. I was very impressed by the appearance and condition of the office Space, and the equipment in the treatment rooms (very clean and in excellent condition). Although I was just there for an initial consultation, Dr. Hamid was very upfront in disclosing the treatment options and explaining the process and dental procedure. I asked for a written cost estimate, and his office did not hesitate a moment in providing me a written estimate on the spot. They even could schedule me the following week for the procedure. However, I always like to have my insurance pre-authorize any procedure before I have it done. Dr Hamid was very personable and friendly, and as… much as I have been avoiding the recommended root canal, I am confident in having Dr. Hamid and his staff do it for me, once my insurance pre-authorizes it. I will do another review once I have the procedure done.
