Dr. Hamilton Jason Wells, MD

Do not trust this E.R doctor to properly treat you. He is rude, doesn’t listen to the patients concerns and was all around useless. Has the correct tests been done while in his care, I wouldn’t have ended up having emergency surgery months later.

As a health professional, I was very sadden to be treated so poorly during my visit to the ER. Dr. Wells showed no personal interest, provided no patient education, and poorly prescribed medication during my visit. I was seen on a holiday while on vacation and the ER was practically empty. There is absolutely no excuse for this behavior. He lacks professionalism, bed side manner, and overall passion for the patients he serves. I sincerely hope I caught him on a bad day and that this behavior is not his norm.

Took my daughter to the ER. The wait to get in was long, but Dr. Wells was kind, thorough, personable and took his time explaining everything. He had taken the time to review her past history and was prepared to evaluate her. The nurses, however; took an extremely long time to follow up on giving the meds, and give her the care he told us he ordered.

HE NEVER CAME INTO THE ROOM TO SEE ME . SENT OUT REPUESTS FOR TESTS LIKE A DR GERU OR TESTINT. DIDN'T SEEM TO HAVE REASON FOR TESTING. WHEN MY PREVIOUS TESTS WERE A MATTER OF RECORD IN NEW HANOVER MEDICAL RECORDS.
