Excellent service from all stagf

Waited for longest time from 12:15 to 1:30 pm for less than 5 mins time with the doctor. My actual appointment was at 12:45 pm. Meaning no fruitful result after a long wait. Also, this appointment was rescheduled due to Covid positive 15days prior the appointment date. I was not seen on that date.

The colonoscopy was a breeze - I slept through the whole thing. If you can get yourself through the prep, the rest is easy. I liked Dr Shah; he was friendly and professional.

The ENTIRE staff was amazing! Friendly, engaging, efficient! The whole process could not have gone smoother!!

They are the best of the best the entire staff from the front window all the way till they roll you out to your ride they are wonderful they found my wife's cancer and saved her life and they just performed I think my fourth colonoscopy and they are wonderful thank you.

My experience with Dr Shah was wonderful at his Richmond location. Everything was run fast and efficiently.

I arrived at 9am, for a 9:45 appointment, only to be taken back at 10:00. I waited an additional 25 minutes to see the Dr Shah...and that visit lasted only 15 minutes!!! That's not acceptable.
