Honestly felt very understood and that Dr. Zhang was very thoughtful, well mannered, with great bedside manner. Dr. Zhang took the time to listen to me and understand my ramblings of symptoms, then created a care plan that fit my wants and needs for my situation. The interaction made me hopeful and confident in my medical plans moving forward. Also like to mention the office staff was excellent! I showed up on time for my appointment and was seen immediately and the appointment was timely while still feeling heard and prepared.

Worst appt I’ve ever had. Went to discuss possible surgery on my back or other ways to relieve my pain. After viewing notes in my chart he said surgery would b pointless because I had too many other problems and what would be the point. He didn’t discuss any options with me. It seemed he figured I didn’t have too much time to live. I cried all the way home and called him every bad name I could think of for saying my life didn’t matter. Very arrogant and insensitive. I would never recommend him and will tell my other doctors about how I was treated. I’m 65 and he is the worst physician I’ve ever seen. I will warn any other patients that think they’d want to see him. I rate him a triple zero. He actually made me want to end my life yesterday because there was no point in saving me.

Very personable, capable doctor. Went over my MRI in detail. Did not rush the visit. He made sure I understood where I stand and made sure I bought into the exploration of actual cause and possible treatment plans.

Asked the doctor a question about an oddity in my fingernail and he said "you can go check youtube". I was shocked and lost all trust in the doctor after that. Wait times sometimes take hours.
