Dr. Hanan Abu Alnaaj, MD

Dr. Alnaaj was my elderly parents’ doctor. I had started to go with my father to his appointments because we had noticed he had ongoing heath issues without explanation. Not knowing if it was an issue with my father or the doctor, I began to go with him. Immediately I noticed that the doctor didn’t like me asking questions. She was very arrogant and took it as an affront to even ask anything. The visits were rushed and it felt as if she had other things to do. She also has a very heavy accent, which made it difficult to understand her. I asked her to speak slowly, but she didn’t. The last visit ended with her shouting at me to leave saying, “You don’t speak to a doctor like that!” Again, I never raised my voice at her, I just didn’t agree with her about something. Without a doubt, she has the worst bedside manner of any doctor I’ve ever met. My parents now have an excellent doctor who is nothing like Dr. Alnaaj. My father is also getting treatment that was never suggested by his… previous doctor and he’s very happy.

I was a patient for two years. At each subsequent visit I felt like she had not read my chart, did not actually listen to anything I said, and at one point she questioned me being on a medication she had prescribed on the previous visit. Also very abrasive and prone to lectures about things not relevant to the appointment. I found another doctor.

Worst doctor I have ever been to. Get better diagnosis and care at urgent care facilities. Doctor wouldn't give referrals or help patient see specialists when necessary.

Not a caring doctor. My daughter had to go to another doctor to finally get diagnosed when illness was listed as one of her specialities. Not happy with service. Love new doctor. So grateful we changed doctors, which we were advised to do by a great doctor at Beaver Urgent Care

Will spend enough time with you, for the most part. Not quite certain how in depth her true knowledge is. Can come across a little hard and abrasive. Staff is great. My husband and I are going to stay with her for now but uncertain for how long. Sometimes makes decisions based upon her issues.
