Dr. Hanh Diem Chau Doan, MD

We brought our daughter to remove a premolar spacer that was place few years ago, Dr. Doan say she couldn't remove it because she didn't place it on the first place but she offer to install another one as part of a treatment then she could remove the old one, that didn't make any sense because the reason we went to her is because the tooth is just coming out and when we asked this she laugh and mock of me. In the end nothing was done and they only wasted our time, I understand if she was protecting her self because she didn't place the spacer but the way she treat me and her ironic and narcissistic way of talking to me told me that I needed to get out of there right away because I could tell she was upset and very impatient . In my opinion this was very unprofessional and clearly she only wanted to overcharge for an unnecessary extra work, she never cared if she was going to cause any more pain to her patient on the process of making a few bucks more, she only care about her… rent, Mercedes and I'm sure huge student debt. Don't go to this place they only care about the money they can get out of you, Dr. Doan doesn't have any sense of humanity for her patients.
