Dr. Hanh-Dung Thi Nguyen, DO

Once I would have written a positive review for a doctor who took the time to listen. However, lately her office phone hasn't been answered, voice mails were not responded to, prescriptions were not refilled, appointments were missed. I had no choice but to seek primary care elsewhere.

Once I would have given five stars. These days, two would be more than generous.

She is talking very nice but when I walked out of her clinic I feel like she had done of her business. She and the entire of the clinic don’t care about their patients. I got a routine checkup, but after more than two months she keep hold on my test results while she deals with my insurance, even on the test results showing I got some health problems that need medications. She had known that but she didn’t care. I called to the office so many times but they still ignored me, no one call back to let me know till I stopped by her office to take the results of my test that showed the Lab release 3 days after the day I came to her office to check up . So that’s the way she treated for her patients. After years following with her, my health condition is getting worse.

Doctor wanted to perform an EKG and stated it was part of the routine test- I had gone to see her for a PAP smear! Unprofessional staff was trying to force me to do a test I didn't consent or needed to take in order to file for the insurance. When I asked questions the nurse tried to tell me it wasn't an option to opt out of such an unnecessary test. When I told her I knew this test to be recommended for people over 40, history of heart problems, or chest pains and such, she commended me on being "smart" and said "I guess no extra tests for you". I complained to the Dr. about this and she was uneasy but did not apologize, she simply stated I was right. Later I found out she had prescribed me as being "fatigued". Never going back.

Dr. Nguyen, is a brilliant, gentle, and personable doctor with tremendous listening skills and wonderful bead side skills. She is my favorite and go-to physician. I highly recommend her.

I love Dr. Nguyen, she is very polite and tries to help with what ever problem you come in her office with. I especially love that she is open on the weekends. I am a nurse and I work 60 hrs Mon - Fri so it is Awsome that I can see her on a day that I am off.

Dr Nguyen is an outstanding doctor. She's always taken an appointment when needed and will properly diagnose you. Been with her for over 5 years, absolutely outstanding doctor.
