Doctor Mai always keeps her professionalism but you can tell she hasn't lost her compassion which is greatly needed in this type of environment. My experience had been that with time doctor's lose that and I hope she never does.

Dr. Mai is one of the smartest and informed oncologists I have met. She intakes all aspects relevant to the patient's history with an open mind, wanting to help the patient. She took time to review the materials I brought from a consulting oncologist. I feel very fortunate to have found her.
