He has ben treating me for six years with my stage 4 cancer and he has been a very knoledgable in current treatments. have only good things to say he has kept me alive and been supportive and I couldnt ask for a better oncoligest for my care, thank you! larry goertz

My brother was a patient of Dr. Hani Alkhatib & he never once knew anything about my brothers case or reviewed any of his history, test results or ongoing chemo treatment until he walked in the room & read it on the computer. To me that is being treated on the fly for a Life & Death Terminal Illness. My brother was led to believe he could live 5 or more years if he completed all 6 of the very strong chemo treatments, so he persevered, even though he was very, very weak & barely able to eat. After his 4th Chemo treatment, Dr Alkhatib told him even though he was so weak, to continue the last 2 treatments & then he would do weaker treatments to get his strength back. My brother was still led to believe he would live a long time if he did so. He completed the 2 treatments & got so bad that he couldn't even stand up to go to the bathroom. But he still believed he would get through it like the other times as he thought if he did he would live. But that wasn't the case, he Died a Terrible… Death...………. After I filed a Formal Complaint against Dr. Alkhabib, I received a letter with his comments stating that my brother could have declined treatment at any time. Yes, I know that, but in a life & death illness like Cancer, we have to believe in Our Cancer Doctors judgement for our care, as he has the knowledge, we Don't, that's what he is being paid for in treating us!! Cancer should NEVER be treated on the fly!! There's no bringing my 59 year old brother back, but hopefully this message can save others from dying due to inadequate care.

Great bedside manner. Very knowledgeable and keeps up with currant research. He's easy to talk to and ask questions and will take the time with patients.
