Hanna Leigh Coyle

The urgent care center that she works at has given us great care in the past. However, if I have to visit HealthCare Express again, I will specifically ask not to have Dr. Hanna. Her bedside manner was not great. She was very passive aggressive and standoffish to my husband because of the possibility of him having Covid-19 but came into the room with her mask down. I usually play things off because you never know what is going on in other people’s lives but she seemed to be making strong assumptions of our character because we were hesitant and nervous being at the doctor’s office. We are young, newly married, just back from our honeymoon and having our first doctor’s visit together. We also just got married so he isn’t on my insurance yet and we knew it was going to be an expensive visit. She was highly unprofessional, referred to my husband as “buddy” in a snide tone and made us very uncomfortable. She also seemed to be forcing decisions onto us. Would not recommend her.
