Dr. Habash did my husband's immigration physical some years ago. I found him to be very attentive and personable. My husband, being an immigrant, was anxious but Dr. Habash put him at ease. He even gave him an extra polio innoculation even though it wasn't required. The only thing he could have done better was to talk with my husband about contraception and prevention of STI's. My husband was from a developing country where there is almost no healthcare. However, maybe he thought that would have been intrusive, and we didn't actually ask, so maybe that's why he didn't talk about this. I just think my husband would have been more open to discussing these matters with a male physician.Turns out everything was fine, and we did have HIV tests when we met, but I would have also liked an STI check just to be sure. turns out we are both healthy and fine, this is just arecommendation for future reference.
