Dr. Hanna Kackielo, MD

I have been a a patient for the last 6 years. When I first became a patient I was thrilled that I had found a doctor that was finally going to help me regulate my blood pressure. I had been diagnosed years before but no one was able to get it right with medication. I had been happy with my care there until recently,there are no slots for sick visits if you get sick you have to wait 3 days to be seen. I recently went for a check up about my neck and shoulder pain. Just by chance I happened to be feeling horrible that day and at my visit i expressed how i wasnt feeling well and my shoulder and neck were still bothering me. Nurse tested me for flu and Dr Kackielo came in the room scolded me for not getting a flu shot,going to work that day etc. She then proceeded to tell me that it's not okay that I went to work and infected all those I work with. Dr Kackielo was well aware of my home situation and that I had been caring for my mom and Dad. I felt like crap and I was in fiscal pain… and I began to cry. She told me crying wont bring my mom back and my Dad will not die from the cancer he has. She has known me for years and I'm so floored ,disappointed and disgusted that my Dr who I have had for years had no compassion for me and my turmoil I was going through she told me to stop crying!!!! Really!!!!! I had just lost my mom 2 weeks before Christmas and found out my Dad cancer was back the day after christmas. Looking for a new doctor can not continue to see someone so unempathetic!!!

Used to be a great doctor. Now, Kackielo is disrespectful, shaming and actually told me I should get a flu shot to protect people in their 80s! So, although I am sensitive to meds, I should make my personal medical decisions based on other people's health needs. Even the student intern rolled her eyes on the way out and whispered, "Good luck!"

Terrible practice.

My mother was dismissed from care for calling to cancel apts when it was too cold out. She has mild dementia, and family were not made aware even once that there was an issue. Mom did not understand she had been dismissed and never received a letter saying she had been dismissed until we requested. It appears that this office cares more about the bottom line than the medical care, or being kind. MD didn't seems concerned re her wound she had had for years, but did "discharge" her when she costed them money in cancelled apts, without 1 word to family, who were sitting in waiting room or accessible via phone. Unethical, and office staff are completely out of control, would not allow family to speak with MD when they learned of the situation. A clear example one of the main problems with healthcare today, they do not really care about people, its more of a business, and ran with that mentality.

Dr. Kackielo is thorough and has a great bedside manner. She answers your questions & doesn't have "one foot out the door". She is there for you. No question is silly or ridiculous.

She is the rudest physician I ever met - racial also!

Don't waste your time going to her. Rude and condescending and from what I understand she won't see patients on disability or medicare.

I have gone to Dr. Kackielo for several years, and find her very compassionate and easy to talk to. With her as my primary care doctor, I feel confident I am in good hands.

Incredibly rude and condescending to my elderly mother-in-law. Would never recommend this doctor to anyone!!!!!!

Recently, it seems the office is out of touch with it's patients. My husband has had to call more than once, to let THEM know what RX's he takes. They keep insisting he is on one that they took him off YEARS ago. I saw the NP, and she made me completely undress for a physical(she listened to my heart, and lungs....checked my ears and reflexes.) Really no need to take of undergarments. Quality of care has gone down in the past few years...Getting too big, perhaps?
