Hanna Keller is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has over 3 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families who are seeking help with anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal ideation, self-harm, and stress management. Hanna completed her Master of Education (MEd) in Counselor Education at Virginia Commonwealth University. Sheuses a person-centered and strengths-based approach when working with clients. Hanna incorporates a variety of evidenced-based and culturally appropriate techniques and strategies, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness strategies, to meet the individual needs of every client. Hanna believes the counseling relationship is important and strives to cultivate and maintain an open, empathetic, and collaborative relationship with every client.
