Dr. Hannah K. Chung, MD

My appointment was for 2PM. I arrived at 1:45PM and the door was locked. No one mentioned this was part of the protocol, so I called the office to figure out what was up. The receptionist answered and then asked me a series of questions related to COVID-19. After that, she said someone would come outside to get me and would also give me a phone call before they stepped out to the parking lot. I waited for 45 minutes (my car right in front of the entrance) and no one came nor phoned me during that time. I called the office again and they didn't know what had happened and why I was still waiting. The receptionist did not provide any explanation, did not apologize, and when I told her I had to return to work and couldn't wait anymore, asked "When would you like to re-scedule?" ... I WON'T be re-scheduling and I WON'T be recommending this general care practitioner to anyone. The staff is clearly a mess and completely unprofessional.

Both my daughter and I went here.I had a problem and was sent to urgent care,tried to refill hospital prescription ,impossible,luckily cardiologist office great.Daughter went sent for tests,as husband director of research at Thomas Jeff saw top dr same day for tests.Results labelled abnormal not actioned,but top Jeff dr .read them gave diagnoses and we called for prescription. Now tried to get appointment for hives on legs,told to go to urgent care.Seriously cut out dr and just go to an urgent care facility.
