Hannah Koch, PT, DPT

Hannah Koch, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist at MSU Health Care Physical and Occupational Therapy, specializing in sports rehabilitation, orthopedic care, and neurological rehabilitation. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Duke University School of Medicine, where she gained extensive clinical experience, including treating athletes, orthopedic patients, and individuals with neurological conditions.


Dr. Koch has completed advanced clinical training at leading institutions, including Duke University Hospital and Lenox Baker Children's Hospital. She has worked with Duke’s track and field team, provided manual therapy for orthopedic patients, and developed care plans for patients with neurological conditions.


Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Koch has demonstrated leadership as Chair of the Duke DPT 5K Committee, raising funds for physical therapy research, and as a teaching assistant at Michigan State University, where she mentored medical students. Her research …interests include mass spectrometry and nutrition, with contributions to several publications on lipid profiles and cardiometabolic risk factors.


Dr. Koch is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and remains committed to advancing the field through clinical practice and research.
