It can feel impossible to not only find solutions but also manage the complicated emotions that are attached to these problems. I can help guide you to feel empowered with skills and solutions on how to handle life and ensure that you won't be alone in this process.

In 2021, I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Now as a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and as a licensed addiction counselor (LAC), I have been providing individual and group therapy for four years. I primarily work with clients experiencing addiction, anxiety, trauma, depression, grief and loss, and life transitions. I have worked in a mental health practice for nine years and have helped many individuals work through their struggles to gain stability and hope.

I focus on adults, and integrate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), …motivational interviewing (MI), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) to meet my clients where they are at in their journey, explore realistic changes, and help think about problems through a different perspective. I provide a nonjudgemental space to help you feel heard, safe, and to start exploring the changes you'd like to make in life.
