Had a really long wait to be seen, but once I made it back to a room her care was excellent. Just really great medical care provided. She also went out of her way to get my mom a blanket and water. She spent a lot of time with us explaining my mother's results. Happy with our experience apart from the wait.

I landed in the ER a few months ago and could not have asked for a more competent, caring physician. She and her crew of nurses and techs were professional and clearly care about their patients. She took excellent care of me, and was able to get me the treatment I needed. I am doing so much better. I only wish she was taking patients to see as primary care!

This physician took over my case from a previous ER DR. On 6/4/2023; I am disabled and I was trying to gain clarity and to discuss my treatment with the dr; as I was getting ready to be discharged and was still in pain. Instead of having a professional conversation with me; she spent less than 5 minutes with me; and then walked out. The RNs who worked under her were very rude and unprofessional; when I asked for advocate I was put in contact with the house supervisor. She allowed her crew to use intimidating tactics by calling security; because I was crying. I’m a survivor or rape, Dv/sa and police brutality; and disabled on top of that. Having two male security guards looming in the doorway when I was already hyperventilating was abusive and has cause substantial trauma mentally/emotionally and in turn of that physically as I internalize things. They caused my CPTSD, anxiety, crying to become exasperated rather than de-escalate. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO POORLY in my life or been… labeled something I am not. I to have medical licenses and am a mandatory reporter for the oregon state board. And had I done even one of these things on the job I would been let go.
