Outstanding doctor! Always a complete and thorough examination.

Much of the staff is rude and unfriendly. There is no greeting when you walk in and you really don't get much of a welcoming feeling. The phones frequently go to voice mail where you can not leave a message to cancel an appointment. You have to keep calling back hoping someone answers the phone. This is means they can try and collect on a non-cancelled appointment. Office manager is rude, argumentative and very unprofessional.

I have been with Dr. 'Hans' for almost six years now and he has been exceptional in every respect. I don't know if he is taking new patients, but if you are looking for a top notch PCP who is knowledgeable, compassionate and competent, look no further!

I expected a lot more after looking at the ratings. The office personnel is rude at times and tries to get rid of you, pass you to the next one on the phone, they are always "too busy" - the doctor does not follow up, he never personally calls his patients after test results, the trouble is neither does the office personnel notifies the patient. I had a positive test and nobody called me for 3 weeks, then I called and found out that I had a bad test result but nobody bothered to call or notifiy otherwise.

Would not go here with any serious problem. Diagnosis ability seems very limited. He almost always recommends to go see a specialist for any ailment except the common cold, which is probably good given his ability to diagnose. Loves to schedule follow up visits so he can bill, bill, bill insurance companies!

He misdiagnosed my tumor, then lied to the surgeon about what he had told me. He also refused to renew a prescription that had just expired that I had only partially filled due to high cost. His staff also does not return calls. His offices are old and dirty too! Stay away from this quack!
