Have been patient since 2007! Always found him friendly helpful and knowledgeable. He tends to run a bit late as he takes his time with each patient! You won’t be disappointed once you get to know him.

45 minutes late. Office staff was short, rude and unwelcoming. I knew something was up when the Doctor was 45 minutes late with no notification from staff. Doctor added on a physical to maximize his personal billing agenda. Rude, inattentive, incompetent and disappointing. I have been to Doctors overseas as I travel frequently and have never met this bad of service. You have been warned!!!

Went in to get a referral because it was a requirement of my insurance company. The total visit was 2 minutes long and he did not examine me at all. When I got the bill in the mail it was over 200$! I had to call up and complain then they dropped it to 140$ insane amount of money to pay for only 2 minutes of work. Avoid!

Nursing staff is incompetent. Will not return phone calls. Nice enough guy but when you actually need something...good luck!

First appointment with Dr, Russell. Waited in the waiting room for 15-20 minutes but when with Dr. I understood why. He took time to get to know me and my health needs. Reviewed my health records before he even saw me. Liked that.

Do not see this Dr he takes no time with his patients, took me 5 days to get a prescription filled, when i finally got to talk to his nurse, because he was to busy. So after 3 days of no sleep because of no meds I got into it with her, within 15 minutes he had time to call me back to let me know I was rude to his nurse. I will never see this doctor again nor will I use Bend Memorial Clinic.

Dr. Russell is a great man. He will give you as much time as you need. He will go to bat for you with insurance. He isn't afraid to prescribe any medication that will help you. He is a great listener and it shows. He will make himself available to you whenever you need. Best GP I have ever had the pleasure of knowing.
