Dr. Hansel Noffsinger, MD

I absolutely love Dr. Noffsinger. He has always meet my needs . Couldn’t ask for a more knowledgeable , caring doctor.

Dr. Noffsinger is not a bad doctor but he does rush through most appointments. He may only see you for 3 or 4 minutes for any issue you are having but you wait in a room for 30 minutes after you are called back. It's impossible to ask questions. He doesn't ever have many patients waiting either. He's usually in his office doing paperwork maybe? He's knowledgeable but I'm not sure he really cares about his patients health.

Dr. Noffsinger does not respect his patients. He keeps you waiting for hours whether you book the very first appointment or later in the day. Last year I made my appointment for the very first appointment, and had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes. When he finally strolled in, he never apologized, just muttered I am not really a morning person. I suggested maybe he shouldn't make morning appointmentents.I had a 10 am appointment this morning and left at 11:45 without seeing him. He doesn't do rounds at the hospital any more so that can't be used as an excuse, he stopped doing that over 2 years ago. Unbelievable that he disrespects his patients' time so much. We have to work for a living too. When I asked his staff if the other physicians in the practice treated their patients this way I was told no, that Noffsinger schedules twice as many. When I asked to switch to the new physician in the practice who may have fewer patients I was told you can't switch within the practice, I would have… to find a new doctor outside their practice . That makes good business sense, doesn't it?

I saw this doctor after seeing others that had brushed me off and paid no attention. On my first visit with him he found the problem and sent me for surgery. He follows up with his patient's at home if he feels it necessary. You may have to wait a little while but he is worth it.

He keeps you waiting hours at time, awful really!

After struggling to get answers from my previous Dr.s office, I was very impressed with Dr. Noffsinger's concern and the time he spent researching my health situation to give me the best care possible.

Dr. Noffsinger is a very kind, caring, thorough, helpful, and wonderful doctor and man who takes the time to personally follow up with his patients.
