Dr. knows his meds and makes some efforts with MOTIVATED patients. Most with smi/sud/mTBI need INTENSIVE CASE MANAGEMENT. Connecting them to this service seems IMPOSSIBLE at Serenity. Ive written letters. I know HIPPA is a barrier. But POSITIVE TREATMENT OUTCOMES take more the pills and good adherence

He was over an hour late for my first appointment with him because he apparently had a conference during my appointment. On my second appointment which was a telephone appointment, he was 45 minutes late. He doesn’t seem to care too much. I also am trying to get my prescriptions transferred over to express-scripts because it cheaper but he has not responded to the request for the prescription even though it was sent about a week and a half ago. Very inconvenient for me

Wait time is ridiculous,especially for an anxious patient. M.D. states he must follow mandated treatment guidelines set by the state government, not necessary those that a private physician has the liberty of applying.Initial conversational approach to patient is unfriendly, thus placing the patient on defense....not to beneficial after a 3-4 hour wait to see the M.D.. He works at a state run facility......enough said.
