Dr. Gendy is a wonderful dedicated & compassionate doctor who is a rare gem to find these days! His staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful, too. I would highly recommend!

I have never had a problem with the staff at Franklin Medical Center. They are very hard working girls and I have been going there for 9 years !! Dr. Gendy is a fabulous doctor and his nurse practitioners are also excellent. I’ve sat countless times in the waiting room over the years and experienced many of the patients being nasty and rude to the girls for no reason. Not an easy job but they do the best they can! Love the place!

Dr. Gendy is a great doctor and very nice. I love Dr. Shah as well. I have always had positive experience with the doctors that work here but I have had countless negative experiences with the office staff that work at this establishment. Always so rude with such attitudes

Dr. Gendy has been my primary care physician for the past nine years. I suffer from several different autoimmune issues and he has saved my life - literally - on more than one occasion. He is extremely attentive, never dismissive, and very thorough. In addition to my annual checkup, I get bi-weekly vitamin injections which have changed the quality of my life, entirely. I am so very thankful to have such a caring doctor!!

I swear by Dr. Gendy and will recommend him to anyone who needs a good doctor. He is kind and courteous, explains everything and all options, will not let insurance companies or policies deter him from recommending tests and he is a great diagnostician - even when hospital staff is of little or no help. He spends a lot of time, making sure all questions and concerns are covered and takes the time to educate his patients in their own care. There just simply isn't a better doctor!

Dr Gendy is thorough and takes time to explain and put mind at ease. Staff is friendly and really are a positive for this practice. I have never had a dr take so much time with me.
