Dr. Hany Gaber Mikhaeel, MD

I took over care of my grandmother. My grandfather had has minor complaints but never anything massive with Dr Mikhaeel. Over just over a month he was extremely dismissive of any care we sought for my grandmother. He gave other providers either no response or one that seemed like he had no prior knowledge of my grandmother's conditions (she's had him for at least 10 years). Final straw was a visit I attended and spoke with him in person. He didn't seem to care she was in pain and crying when moved. He said she was healing very well and didn't feel a need for any pain management or tests or further care for that matter. When he recommended extending therapy I asked for the orders to be sent and he told me to call the office in two weeks. Just because my grandmother is older and can't advocate for herself does not mean she's less of a person. I feel like three and four strikes was more than enough chances for improvement and we saw none.

Scheduled an appointment with Dr. Mikhaeel for issued regarding mental concentration concerns. On par with other reviews I've seen on here, he appeared rather skeptical and dismissive. This was confirmed in the following months as I received no help in finding a psychologist for outside assistance (will take 6 months in order to make an appointment), and was charged over $500 for being asked a few questions over 20 minutes with no answers or assistance. He wanted me to set up unnecessary bloodwork and lab testing as well, which of course cost more money and gave no relevant information to my issue. This whole process has been a runaround, and it appears to me Dr. Mikhaeel doesn't seem to care about the patient. Would not recommend.

Dr. Mikaheel was extremely dismissive when explaining my symptoms. I wouldn't recommend seeing this doctor if you are a woman. Very rude and cold demeanor.

I arrived at the clinic with some significant physical ailments and hadn't slept well in over two weeks. I had to ask for lab work as it was assumed my issue was anxiety. As a mental health therapist I am aware of both physical and mental health issues and I did not appreciate the stigma I experienced. I went to the clinic on Monday and retired on a Friday to see another provider who provided great assistance.
