Dr. Hardeek B Patel

I have been going to Dr. Patel for 10 years, I have know him before he finished his dental school. I have not had any of the bad experiences that one poster mentioned. Scheduling is difficult for him if you wanted 8 pm appointment but Morning appointments are never a problem. He makes sure that the treatment is done correctly and with much less cost as possible. He even came on a Christmas day as I had broken m tooth ad I was in pain, he did not even charge me for that visit. Looks the one poster from Invisalign treatment is posting on all sites.

I went to NJ Smiles in Edison. The staff is sweet and caring, but I can never get an appointment! What's worse? Dr.Hardeek Patel is never even there. It's some random hygienist who clearly has no idea what she is doing. She did my filling and now I'm having extreme pain under the filling! I can't eat on the right side at all. I wanted to make an appointment but it was 3 weeks away! She didn't properly level my seal and filling. I told her i had a cavity and she basically said "we'll just keep an eye on it". Has no idea how to properly use her tools, I'm drooling out of my mouth and her assistant would suction but just talk about random things. The needle for the lidocaine broke 3 times, which made me so anxious. If you want to be safe and have it properly done, don't go here. Trust me it's not worth it! I love going to the dentist, I never had an issue with anyone but this was such a terrible experience for me. Shame on Dr. Hardeek for never being there either, I wanted to see him… not his hygienist. Also to book an appointment, let's just say, terrible schedule. NEVER AGAIN.

He took money from me . And never finished my treatment. I keep contacting and he never gave me an appointment. Terrible doctor !!!

I was going to Dr. Patel for a mouth full of work, I thought he was a very caring individual. I asked many questions, seems like he was burdened by them, after I recieved my partials, I said they did not fit correctly and told them they had been done poorly, his reason is because of my insurance (hmo) so they will not be done as good as if I had paid cash, that is no excuse everyone should recieve the correct treatment, he did not take lightly to what I had said about the partial dentures being made cheaply, if thats how they work, I dont want that, I've been through too many dentists that want to do what they want to do. I needed to get more done he sent me to a surgeon, seems he doesn't want to work with me any longer, now I have to figure out with another dentist how to fix these partials, I have already contacted my insurance co. for advice on what to do, all in all, weather your going to be a dentist dr. foreman or receptionist, patients and customers have the right to ask as many… questions and receive the best possible answers, at all times, especially with dealing with something that is a huge deal as your smile that will last you the rest of your life, So lack of communication with this one dentist Patel.
