Dr. Hareshchandra T Baxi, MD

Have been visiting him last 9 years for both my daughters . He is very good , knowledgable and very friendly . Always analyze the cause and explain what and what to do .

Dr. Baxi has been a part of our "family" for a very long time. I'm thirty-one years old, & he was both my younger brother's and my pediatrician, and I've brought all my children to him exclusively. In regards to some of the other reviews: Yes, he has an accent. That doesn't change the fact that he's a wonderfully caring, patient, and overall incredible pediatrician who has been around a very long time, and who's basically seen it all. I very much value that he doesn't jump to prescription medications for every problem -- he's very knowledgeable in simple and natural remedies for problems that other doctors just write often unnecessary prescriptions to treat. I also love that he treats my kids like they're his own. He's gentle and sweet with them. He has followed up with us via phone when we had to have tests run outside the clinic so we didn't have to make the extra trip for results, and it shows that he truly cares and is fully invested in your child's health and well-being. He… always listens to my every concern. He puts me at ease when there's nothing actually wrong or when it's not serious, and he always knows the best course of action if medical care is needed, and I appreciate his ability to quickly have any needed tests ordered, review them, and get to the bottom of things. I trust no one else with my children's healthcare, and I can only hope Dr. Baxi remains in practice long enough to finish out all my kids' pediatric care. He will be very missed the day he retires.

Do not under any circumstance take your child to see this Dr. He hardly speaks English, will not listen to you when you are trying to explain something and does not spend adequate time with your small child. My son has had the same symptoms for months now and it's always an infection and he never says what kind. My sons shots are also not correctly up to date. His patient rooms are always disgusting and he only has one intelligent nurse. I actually had one of his nurses try and give my seven month old son too much tylenol from a cup! I am taking my son out of his care immediately. Thank goodness for better health coverage..if you want your child to stay healthy do not see this quack

I would definantly recommend Dr. Baxi he's a great pediatrician. Even as a walk in I don't have to wait long at all. He found that my son had pyloric stenosis and sent us straight to the hospital for surgery. The only thing i dont like is that his office is 40 minutes away from my house.
