Great experience with my EGD. World class staff!

Last year you performed a colonoscopy on me. Several small polyps were removed and 1 huge one. The large one turned out to be pre-cancer. You spoke with my husband and let him know you were going to try to remove it, but if it was not something you could do, you would send me to the hospital for surgery. You removed it. I went back a few weeks later and you did another colonoscopy, and all was great. I just had another colonoscopy done about a week and a half ago and that spot has healed well. No pre-cancer. You in my eyes saved my life! We are very grateful! Thank You to you and your staff!

I was refered by my PCP to Waco Gastroenterology to get an endoscopy asap. Dr. Ancha did not listen to my concerns. He repeatedly talked over me and would not let me finish my sentences. I'm certain he did not get a clear understanding of my condition and as a result offered inadequate treatment (did NOT schedule an edg) which has resulted in my condition worsening.

Dr. Ancha is excellent

DrAncha has the worst bedside manner of any dr Ive ever seen. He actually gave me a colonoscopy while I was hospitalized for having major pains in my abdomin. The thing is, he gave me the colonoscopy while I was wide awake and without any pain meds. Well, he gave me benedryl which I told him did not work with me and the pain med I explained did not work with me yet he did it anyways. I literally screamed and cried and begged him to stop the entire time while he & the nurses held me down and shoved it further and futher. when we finished the nurse had the nerve to ask me what was wrong with me as I spewed several ugly words at all of them. I would rather go through child birth again then go through that. I felt completely violated and when I had to follow up, I refused to see im again and told them why. The weird thing is that they didnt seemed shocked by this at all so it must be something that he has done before. I am still thinking of filling a complaint against him. Believe me, you… do noy want him anywhere near you rectum!!
