Even though Dr. Chenna is very nice, this clinic is the worst. I arrived to my appointment twenty minutes before and had to wait for three hours to see her. Dr. Chenna prescribed some medication that my insurance doesn't cover until this office submits more information. I'm still waiting for the medication three days after. When I call they don't answer the phone. When they call you they don't leave any voicemail. In a summary, the worst manners with the patients. I understand if they are suffering from compassion fatigue, I've been a social worker for years, but they should treat people better. The patient is the most important here and the one who is in pain.

Love Dr Chenna she's very thorough and knowlegable about pain management ,her staff is equally friendly as she is which makes for a pleasant visit when you're not feeling well.
