My experience with the doctor and his staff was unbelievably outstanding. His genuine concern for my health and his response to my needs were way beyond what you would expect from any doctor. If I could, I would give him and his staff 10 stars. His follow-up phone calls to my home after hours was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of internal medicine care.

Dr. Hayers has a very good bed side manner. Very friendly and follows up after hours. He is very prompt in responding to concerns, follow up info, etc. Has a very caring personally and you don't feel like you are being rushed or just another number. They have a patient portal that allows you to email questions, concerns and view medical info which has been very helpful. The only thing I don't like is the office procedure which entails 4 month window that limits your ability to make an appt. If you are not in that window when you need to make an appointment you have to call back later, only to find the appointment calendar has filled up.

Dr Iyer is a dedicated professional but know how to explain things in laymans terms. He is thorough and knows his business inside out. No pun intended. I highly recommend him.
