Waited 30 min for a scheduled virtual visit and was ignored.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, I would also ask to be reimbursed for my time, the babysitters time that I hired to get to this appointment in addition to the wasted gas money. I arrived for on time for my appointment at 3PM and once I signed in was told to sit and wait to be called. After sitting for 15 minutes a nurse came out and said that the doctor was running behind and because the girl at the front desk signed me in late, that I would need to be rescheduled or would have to wait 2 hours to see the doctor. I drove over 40 minutes to get to this appointment and had to hire a babysitter to watch my children. This office that is now part of mount Sinai, is run like a clinic and they treat their patients the same way. The lack of caring, respect for my time and general ingenuity is why I am leaving this nasty review. Completely unacceptable way to treat a new patient that went above and beyond to make it to the appointment. DO NOT GO TO THIS FACTORY, unless you want to be… disrespected and ignored.

He spends the time needed with you, he actually listens to what your saying.

Dr. Cohen is by far...the most Amazing, thorough ,FOCUSED!! Dr. I have ever encountered. I would HIGHLY!!!!! Recommend Dr. Cohen.

I can't write a review for Dr Cohen because despite scheduling two apts he has had his office call to reschedule (4-6 weeks later!) because he has something "important to do, a big meeting" is what the nasty receptionist told me today. I need evening apts, why does he schedule them if he's clearly not going to keep those Apts. I have wasted two plus months with this nonsense and now I have to start all over with another practice and wait for an eve apt. I have worked in private practice for over 20 years and of course over the years there have times we had to reschedule patients. Drs are just like their patients they get sick, have activities at their children's school, take vacation etc. However, he should have added an additional eve ( he only does one a month) to see the patients he was canceling on. Either that or added us on at the end of the day . Not only will I not schedule to see him now I will highly recommend my patients ( my practice sees a lot of patients with… rheumatological diseases) don't either! I'm sure Mout Siani would be very displeased to heard about my experience.

Dr. Cohen is great. I finally got an accurate diagnosis. He discusses all the treatment options and asks Me which one I feel comfortable With. He doesn't push medications on me, and is patient when I have questions.

Dr. Cohen spent an hour with me going over my entire medical history. I have been bounced around from doctor to doctor trying to find the cause of my symptoms. Dr. Cohen pieced it together and I feel confident in his approach. I am so relieved I finally have a doctor that listens, cares and diagnosed me appropriately! Love this doctor.

One of the very few competent AMERICAN doctors I have ever met. He was able to quickly answer all and any questions on the spot and furthermore explain them in good detail and welcomed questions. He also didn't pressure you to take any actions/make decisions right then and there and was very open-minded and flexible. Additionally he takes the financial situation of the patient in account if it were an issue and also did not try ordering all these unnecessary exams. Dr. Cohen is not one to hurry his patients out of the door.

Dr. Cohen is one of those wonderful doctors we always wish for. I feel blessed that I found him.
